Heart and Soul Embodiment
6-day Retreat and Immersion
November 2-8, 2025
Haramara Retreat Center, Sayulita, Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit, México
with Cathleen Wasielewski and Olivia Testa
The offering of this retreat brings warmth as we come into the dimming light of the fall. These teachings come ahead of what many experience as a busy holiday season. We bring spiritual embodiment practices as tools to focus on self care cultivating the resonance of your inner compass to navigate sacred boundaries and authentic expression. This retreat offers a way to move into life with a radiant heart-coherence that supports self care, compassion and gratitude.
Haramara means “Mother’s Sea”
This openair retreat center is nestled into 12 acres of sacred jungle on the magnificent pacific coastal region of Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. It is truly breathtaking.
Haramara has the reputation for being able to create an exceptional experience for all who set foot there and has years of knowledge in hosting diversified groups from all over the world.
This center was built by hand and native materials with mindful consideration of the environment, in an unspoiled beachside jungle location backed by the Sierra Madre Mountains and within walking distance of the quaint surf-town of Sayulita.
The pure untamed state of this environment invites peace.
